HIGHLIGHTS

SUMMARY

Linnea Linden is a central midfielder playing for IFK Göteborg in the Swedish U19 Division 1 – 2nd U19 National Tier. Most recently, she helped lead her team to victory in the Girls 18 category at Gothia Cup 2025.

On the senior side, she made her first appearance with the women’s first team at the age of 16, in Division 2 back in 2022. She has since then made 8 appearances with the first team (that now play in Division 1 – 3rd National Senior Tier).

She intends to enroll in Spring 2026.

Strenghts: Linnea is a technically skilled midfielder with excellent vision and passing ability. Her game intelligence allows her to control the tempo and distribute the ball effectively in central areas. She is especially dangerous in the final third, where she frequently contributes with both through balls and shots on goal. Linnea combines creativity with composure, making her a consistent offensive threat and a smart playmaker.

Biggest factors – Best possible coaching staff for her. A city school that offers a lot to do outside of the campus.
